Increased ticket value, increases the chance of mistakes. This training is designed to reduce ticket mistakes by providing clear, actionable methods for confirming orders back to customers.

WHERE DO I GET HEADSETS?- We preload, package and ship the headsets directly to you.
DO I NEED INTERNET?- The system is all stored on the headset, it only needs WiFi to send data to the database. So in store Wifi works or EVEN a cell phone hotspot.
HOW SECURE IS IT? The database is hosted on Amazon Web Services and is NIST compliant.
